Add option to ShowIndexLabels in TableList

Former user created an issue

The TableList currently does not display the list's index labels. Having index labels similar to the TableMatrix or the ListDrawer would greatly speed up finding the specific elements that we need check or modify.

    @Tor Esa Vestergaard FWIW, this issue can probably be closed. TableList does have a ShowIndexLabels property, at least in Odin 3.0.12.0.
