Full unicode support in filenames

Cong does not handle special characters correctly (in my case, German umlauts). Please see the attached screenshot.

    Could you please copy/paste an exact string (in addition to the screenshot) to bug description? Please also clarify if Cong correctly show your directory, “There’s an\303” looks wrong. And finally I need a screenshot of the Console area (title and any command inside). Thank you in advance!

    I cannot reproduce the issue, more details are needed. What locale is selected on your computer? What version of Cong do you use?
