Issue Description

Add FileDialog to “Clone” command. Currently, the user needs to select the path manually.

Steps to reproduce

Open Cong
Click “Clone” command on the left panel

Actual Result

The user needs to select the path manually via keyboard

Expected Result

To be able to Open file dialog (similar to “Open Folder” command
