Add script(s) for inspecting casedirs

Would be nice with some functionality like showing a summary of casedir contents with

headflow_showcase --summary mycasedir

and inspecting parameters of multiple casedirs

headflow_showcase --param=problem.dt mycasedirs*

etc.
