#209 more official way of specifying dupes

When one chooses "duplicate" from the "set state to" pulldown, a box should appear to input the number of the issue this is a dupe of so you don't have to write the boilerplate specifying the original issue yourself. And a link to the original issue should be displayed in an integrated way in the tracker.

In addition to the link to the original issue, the original issue should show a list of issues that are dupes of itself.

or perhaps it should be a separate Action in the list: (o) mark as duplicate of issue # <text field to input number>

Fix is in tip. Eirik, can you make sure that when you click the disabled input box for the dupes in the bottom, that the radio is selected, and the field focused? Also when clicking the radio, the field should be focused.
