Attempting to view wiki changesets seems to error out consistently:

Also, enabling or disabling wiki or issue tracker from a project's admin doesn't seem to be persisted until I do it a second time.

Wiki csets work, enable/disable needs a bit more, will fix later.

Was fixed a couple dozen csets ago, forgot about this ticket. The double-saving stuff was consistent throughout admin, but is fixed now.
