Bug in angle-to-liquid calculation for Larson-Miller model

Issue #6 resolved
Scott Runnels repo owner created an issue

In the Larson-Miller creep and failure model, a bug exists in the calculation of the angle to the liquid surface, causing it to be off by 90 degrees and, thereby, causing some points around the circumference of the tank to be mistakenly placed in the vapor region.
