Lading Names Limited to 30 Characters

The length of lading names is limited to 30 characters in the Computational Module. The Computational Module experiences an ungraceful termination if that limit is exceeded.

    This problem of the ungraceful termination was not replicated on later testing. Nevertheless, the lading name length in the Computational Module was changed to 120.
