Fixed indents; updated versions, fixed override cursor problems
EditingWindow.cc - Now always checks for an override cursor before restoring
it, and moved the block to restore it to the end of blogger_getUsersBlogs
(RPC handler); also, corrected several wrongly-indented blocks

Now shows number of secondary categories in "Others" heading
EditingWindow.cc,h - New private slot, changeOtherCatsHeading, which changes
the heading "Others" to "Others (n)" if there are any secondary categories

New heading when exporting; fixes problem getting categories
EditingWindow.cc - New ... added to Export menu entry; uses old-style heading (QTM saved blog entry v2.0) when exporting; uses currentBlogid in the RPC request when fetching categories, not just the data for the current blog selector entry.
